In a disgusting and politically-motivated ruling, an activist federal judge in California – appointed by Bill Clinton, of course – has declared that President Trump acted “unlawfully” when he sent in the National Guard to stop the violent anti-ICE riots that Governor Gavin Newsom had allowed to burn across his state.
This is not a legal decision. This is a political hit job from a rogue judge who is siding with the anarchists over the safety of the American people. But this fight is far from over.

The ruling from Judge Charles Breyer is a direct attempt to enable the chaos that failed Governor Gavin Newsom couldn’t – or wouldn’t – control. The second the ruling came down, Newsom took to social media to gleefully celebrate, cheering “Trump LOSES AGAIN.”
Think about how pathetic that is. A governor is celebrating a court ruling that will make it harder for the federal government to help restore order when his own state is engulfed in riots. Newsom has made it clear: he would rather see California burn than let President Trump be successful.

President Trump didn’t send in the National Guard for fun. He sent them in as a last resort to protect federal law enforcement officers and federal property from violent mobs who were attacking our ICE agents. This is what a real Commander-in-Chief does. When a radical, soft-on-crime governor abdicates his duty to maintain law and order, the President must step in to protect the country.
A Rogue Judge Defying His Own Superiors
Here is the part the fake news media won’t tell you. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has already slapped this very judge down on this exact case.
Just a few months ago, they halted a previous order from Judge Breyer and reminded him that the courts must be “highly deferential” to the president’s authority to deploy the National Guard.
This proves that Judge Breyer is not a neutral arbiter of the law. He is a rogue activist who is ignoring the instructions from his own higher court to push his radical, anti-Trump political agenda. His ruling is a complete joke, and it is almost certain to be overturned on appeal.
