In a stunning display of judicial overreach and an outrageous attack on President Donald J. Trump’s efforts to protect national security, a single federal judge has launched a scathing broadside against the administration, blocking efforts to deport radical pro-Palestinian protesters!
Judge William Young, a Reagan appointee who has clearly lost his way, used a 161-page order to excoriate President Trump as a “bully” fixated on “retribution,” shamelessly siding with those who sow discord and promote anti-American sentiment on our college campuses.
This is judicial activism run amok, undermining President Trump’s vital efforts to restore law and order and protect our national interests!
Protecting Campuses from Radicalism
For years, our nation’s college campuses have become hotbeds of radical anti-Israel and anti-American sentiment, often fueled by foreign influence and exploiting the freedoms cherished in our country. Following the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks and subsequent conflicts in Gaza, these protests escalated, with many expressing outright support for terrorist organizations and promoting antisemitism.
President Trump, recognizing the severe threat these movements posed to national security and campus safety, courageously ordered his administration – including Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and Secretary of State Marco Rubio – to take action.
Their efforts aimed to identify and deport non-citizens who were actively undermining American values and inciting hatred, particularly those who were stretching the boundaries of free speech into realms of incitement and support for terror. This was a necessary step to restore sanity and security to our educational institutions and beyond.
Judge Young’s Outrageous Attack: Siding with Insurrection
Despite the clear and present danger posed by these radical movements, U.S. District Judge William Young has delivered a jaw-dropping 161-page order that not only blocks the Trump administration’s efforts but launches an unhinged personal attack on President Trump himself.
Young, a man appointed by Ronald Reagan, bizarrely claims the administration “unconstitutionally violated the free speech rights of pro-Palestinian protesters and academics.”
Young’s ruling is a direct assault on the President’s authority to protect national security, labeling Trump a “bully” and accusing him of being “laser-focused on ‘retribution.’” This is a judge shamelessly exploiting his position to serve a political agenda, effectively telling the administration that it cannot take action against non-citizens who use our freedoms to promote division and even terror.
His assertion that the administration’s intent was “insidious” to “terrorize similarly situated non-citizen (and other) pro-Palestinians into silence” is a dangerous mischaracterization of President Trump’s firm stance against radicalism!
Who Controls America’s Borders and Security?

President Trump’s “palpable misunderstanding that the government simply cannot seek retribution for speech he disdains poses a great threat to Americans’ freedom of speech,” Young declared, proving he fundamentally misunderstands a President’s duty to protect the nation.
This ruling is a grave threat to American sovereignty, empowering radical elements and weakening the executive’s ability to maintain law and order. President Trump will undoubtedly appeal this egregious decision, continuing his unwavering fight to secure our borders, protect our campuses, and ensure that America’s laws are respected, not undermined by activist judges!
