For years, the American people have been forced to watch the endless, bloody, and pointless war in Ukraine, funded by hundreds of billions of our tax dollars with no strategy and no end in sight. The globalist establishment was perfectly happy to let the conflict grind on forever, as long as the American taxpayer kept footing the bill.
That era is over.
President Donald J. Trump is doing what he promised he would do: he is taking charge to end the war. In a stunning display of America First diplomacy, the White House has announced a high-stakes peace summit in Alaska between President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
And in the boldest and most necessary move of all, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has not been invited.
This is what real leadership looks like.
Results, Not Rhetoric
The fake news media and the DC swamp are already having a meltdown because Zelenskyy is being “sidelined.” They simply cannot comprehend a leader who prioritizes results over political theater.
This meeting isn’t about another photo op for Zelenskyy to wear his sweatshirt and beg for more American money. This is a serious negotiation between the two leaders of the two global powers who can actually bring this conflict to an end.
Zelenskyyโs response was predictable. He complained that any decision made without him would be a “dead decision.” What he really means is that any decision that doesn’t involve a blank check from the U.S. Treasury is a decision he doesn’t like. President Trump is rightly ignoring the noise and focusing on the mission – ending the killing and stopping the drain on our resources.

A President’s Constitutional Duty
The pearl-clutching in Washington over this summit is not only pathetic, itโs ignorant. Under Article II of the Constitution, the President is the “sole organ” of our nation’s foreign policy. He has the absolute authority to meet with any world leader he chooses to protect American interests.
This isn’t some “high-stakes gamble,” as the critics claim. This is a president doing the job the American people elected him to do. He is using his constitutional power to pursue peace and put a stop to our nation’s involvement in a costly foreign war. This is the definition of putting America First.

The Bottom Line: The Dealmaker is Back
This summit is a return to realistic, powerful diplomacy. It is a recognition that the world is a serious place that requires serious leaders, not endless rounds of pandering to the globalist agenda.
While the media and the permanent political class will whine about “Great Power politics,” the American people know the truth. We are tired of funding forever wars. We are tired of weak leaders who accomplish nothing. We elected a dealmaker, and now he is doing what he does best – cutting through the nonsense to get the job done.
Let the dealmaker work. Peace is finally on the horizon.
