In an outrageous attack on national security, three radical Leftist labor unions – United Auto Workers, Communications Workers of America, and the American Federation of Teachers – have filed a ludicrous lawsuit against the Trump administration!
They are actually arguing that the federal government is violating the “First Amendment rights” of visa holders by monitoring their social media for anti-American, pro-terrorist, and antisemitic viewpoints, including criticism of the U.S. government and Israel. This is a clear attempt to handcuff President Donald J. Trump’s efforts to protect our nation from those who seek to harm us!
This lawsuit proves that the Deep State and its allies are willing to put America’s safety at risk to protect radical ideologies, but President Trump will never back down!
Unions Protecting Hate? The Left’s Dangerous Agenda!
It’s absolutely astounding! These unions claim that monitoring social media “chills free speech,” but what they’re really trying to do is protect foreign nationals who come to our country and spread vile hatred. This lawsuit comes directly after the State Department rightfully revoked the visas of at least six people for their disgusting social media comments following the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. This is not about free speech; it’s about protecting America!
Historically, the Left has often blurred the lines between free speech and incitement, but protecting anti-American, pro-terrorist, or antisemitic rhetoric from foreign nationals on our soil is a bridge too far for any true patriot.
Trump’s Administration Protecting America from Within
President Trump’s administration is crystal clear on this: “The United States is under no obligation to allow foreign aliens to come to our country, commit acts of anti-American, pro-terrorist, and antisemitic hate, or incite violence.” Principal Deputy Spokesperson Tommy Pigott rightly stated, “We will continue to revoke the visas of those who put the safety of our citizens at risk.” This is strong, principled leadership!
On his first day back in office, President Trump signed an executive order to ensure visa holders “do not bear hostile attitudes toward its citizens, culture, government, institutions, or founding principles, and do not advocate for, aid, or support designated foreign terrorists and other threats to our national security.” This is how you MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
The Deep State’s Definition of “Hate”: Any Criticism of Them
The unions are crying foul, claiming the government “broadly defined support for terrorism to include criticism of U.S. support for Israel and the Jewish State’s military action, as well as support for Palestinians.” This is a classic Deep State tactic: twist the narrative to protect their radical allies. Supporting Palestinians is one thing; inciting violence and glorifying Hamas, as many pro-terrorist groups do, is another entirely!
They even cite the case of Mahmoud Khalil, who was detained for participating in pro-Palestinian protests. If those protests involved calls for violence or anti-American rhetoric, then his visa should be revoked! National security is not a game!
Unions Working Against America? The Shameful Truth
These unions claim their members are “chilled” and withdrawing from public engagement. Good! If their engagement involves pushing anti-American, pro-terrorist, or antisemitic views, then they should face consequences, especially if they are foreign nationals here on our generosity. This is not about suppressing legitimate dissent; it’s about protecting our nation from those who wish it harm.
President Trump’s administration will continue to use every tool available – including AI and automated social media monitoring – to vet those who seek to enter or remain in our country.
