In a glorious and gleeful act of rebellion against the woke insanity of Sacramento, the Kern County Board of Education has voted to ban biological boys from competing in girls’ sports. They have chosen to defy their own radical state government and align with President Donald J. Trump and basic common sense.
The fake news media is calling it a “constitutional crisis.” We call it a victory. This is the first domino to fall in a great awakening of parents who are finally taking back their schools from the grip of leftist ideologues.
Common Sense Makes a Comeback in the Belly of the Beast
For years, we’ve been told that we have to accept the absurd lie that boys can be girls and that it’s fair for them to dominate girls’ sports. A radical California state law passed in 2013 forced this insanity onto every school in the state.
But the patriots in Kern County, spurred on by local protests from parents and Christian schools, decided to fight back. Instead of following the failed policies of Sacramento, they voted to comply with the Trump administration’s strong, clear, and scientific interpretation of Title IX – which correctly defines sex as biological sex at birth.
This is a courageous stand for reality, for fairness, and for the protection of our daughters.
Gavin Newsom’s Pathetic Bind
This beautiful act of local rebellion has exposed California’s Governor Gavin Newsom as the weak, spineless hypocrite he truly is. He is now legally required to defend a state law that he himself has admitted is “not fair.”
Even worse for him, the people of his own state have completely rejected his radical position. A recent poll found that a stunning 71% of public school parents in California believe that athletes should compete on teams that match their biological sex.
Newsom is trapped. He has to defend a law that he knows is unfair and that his own voters despise, all because he is terrified of the radical wing of his party. It’s a pathetic sight to behold.
The First Domino Has Fallen
This vote in Kern County is so much more than a local policy change. It is a shot heard ’round the nation. It is a message to every school board in every blue state that you do not have to surrender to woke insanity.
President Trump, through his strong leadership at the federal level, has given these local patriots the legal and moral ammunition they need to fight back. This is what draining the swamp looks like – it’s not just happening in Washington D.C.; it’s happening in our own communities.
