DHS Accuses of Posing as a Lawyer to Free 4-Time Deported Criminal Alien

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has formally accused a senior staffer for Democrat Senator Tammy Duckworth of committing a federal crime to free a dangerous, criminal illegal immigrant.

This is not a political dispute, folks. This is a formal accusation from the acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), alleging that one of Senator Duckworth’s employees impersonated a lawyer and falsified government documents to get a four-time deported drunk driver back onto our streets.

This is the radical Left in action. They are no longer just “protesting” or “writing letters.” They are now, according to DHS, actively committing fraud and interfering with federal law enforcement to protect violent criminals. It is an absolute disgrace.

The Criminal: A 4-Time Deportee

Let’s be very clear about who Senator Duckworth’s office was trying to spring from jail. This wasn’t a lost child or a “dreamer” who overstayed a visa.

The man in question is Jose Ismeal Ayuzo Sandoval, a 40-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico.

According to ICE, Sandoval is not a “newcomer.” He has been deported four separate times from the United in. He keeps coming back, thumbing his nose at our laws.

Worse, Sandoval is a convicted criminal with a DUI conviction. This is exactly the kind of person President Trump has promised to get out of our country. He is a proven menace, a drunk driver who puts the lives of every man, woman, and child in Illinois at risk.

This is the man Tammy Duckworth’s office decided to go to war for.

The Crime: โ€˜He Claimed to Be Mr. Ayuzoโ€™s Attorneyโ€™

According to a formal letter sent to Senator Duckworth from ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons, the details of this plot are absolutely damning.

On October 29, a man named Edward York entered an ICE facility in St. Louis.

Who is Edward York? He is not some random activist. According to public records, he is a “Constituent Outreach Coordinator” for Senator Tammy Duckworth’s office. This is a paid, government employee.

According to the DHS letter, York “claimed to be Mr. Ayuzoโ€™s attorney” and “demanded to speak with his โ€˜client.โ€™”

Think about the arrogance. A Senate staffer, using the power and prestige of his office, allegedly lied to federal officers, claiming to be a lawyer to gain access to a prisoner.

And it worked.

The letter states that York successfully met with the criminal alien and got him to sign a G-28 form. This is a critical legal document that officially names a lawyer to represent an immigrant.

York allegedly “accomplished it by falsifying an official Department of Homeland Security (DHS) form.”

The Cover-Up: A Bumbling Conspiracy

This is where the story gets even more pathetic. It appears York and his allies got sloppy and exposed their own conspiracy.

According to the DHS letter, after York got the signed G-28 form in person, he then tried to submit a different form without the criminal’s signature.

This makes no sense, unless you are trying to cover your tracks.

Four days later, the Suarez Law Office in Illinois filed another G-28 electronically, this one also missing the criminal’s signature. This was after York had already obtained the signed form.

The DHS letter draws the only logical conclusion: “It appears as if Mr. York may have collaborated with the firm to cover his misrepresentation.”

ICE, of course, could find no evidence that York was a real attorney. This wasn’t just a mistake; it appears to be a coordinated, fraudulent plot between a Democrat Senator’s office and a radical law firm to subvert federal law.

The Facebook Post: So Stupid, They BRAGGED About It

You cannot make this up, folks. These radical activists are so arrogant and so stupid that they bragged about their criminal interference online.

According to DHS, the agency became suspicious when they found a Facebook post from the “Montgomery County Illinois Democrats” page.

What did the post describe? It described a “staffer” (York) who had gone to the ICE office with a packet of documents and a release order with the “intention of misrepresenting himself to law enforcement.”

They admitted it in public! They were proud of it!

They were proud of the fact that they were lying to federal officers to free a four-time deported drunk driver. This is the modern Democratic Party.

โ€˜Stop the Political Gamesโ€™

ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons, a true patriot, is not pulling any punches. His letter demands answers from Senator Duckworth by November 17.

He is demanding to know if York is still employed, if he knowingly lied on government documents, andโ€”most importantlyโ€”if he acted with the knowledge of other members of Duckworthโ€™s staff.

This is the key question: Does this rot go all the way to the top? Did Senator Tammy Duckworth know that her office was allegedly committing federal crimes?

Director Lyons’s letter ends with a plea that every patriot should be shouting from the rooftops.

“I implore all members of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, as well as their staff, to stop the political games that put law enforcement and detainees at risk,” Lyons wrote.

“It is my sincere hope that you will advocate on behalf of your constituents who have been victimized by illegal alien crime and work with DHS to remove these criminals from the United States.”

This is the entire battle for America in one, single story.

On one side, you have President Trump’s DHS and patriotic ICE officers, working tirelessly to remove convicted drunk drivers and repeat offenders from our country to keep us safe.

On the other side, you have Senator Tammy Duckworth’s office, allegedly committing fraud, lying to officers, and conspiring with lawyers to unleash those very same criminals back into your communities.

The people of Illinois, and the people of America, deserve answers. This is a disgrace.
