Justice Kavanaugh Lays Down the Law
In a powerful concurring opinion, Justice Brett Kavanaugh laid out the simple, common-sense reality that the radical left refuses to accept. He explained that while “apparent ethnicity alone” is not enough for a stop, it can of course be a “relevant factor” when combined with other obvious signs.
This is not racism, as the liberals hysterically claim. This is how real law enforcement works. The Supreme Court has just affirmed that our ICE agents are allowed to use their training and their eyes to do their jobs effectively.
The Hysterical Meltdown of the Liberal Justices
Predictably, the court’s three liberal justices, led by Sonia Sotomayor, had a complete and total meltdown in a “fiery” dissent.
“We should not have to live in a country where the government can seize anyone who looks Latino, speaks Spanish, and appears to work a low wage job,” she wrote in a disgusting and dishonest strawman of the actual issue.
