The walls are closing in on the Obama administration. Explosive, newly declassified documents from DNI Tulsi Gabbard provide damning evidence of a conspiracy to undermine the 2016 election and sabotage the incoming president. Criminal referrals are on the table.
And yet, as Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett revealed, Obama’s last hope may be the man he tried to destroy.
The Walls Are Closing In
The new documents released by DNI Gabbard are a smoking gun. They reportedly show that Obama’s top officials, including DNI James Clapper, actively suppressed intelligence that contradicted their preferred narrative. Weeks before the 2016 election, the FBI and NSA apparently had “low confidence” in Russia’s role in the data leaks, but Clapper and the Department of Homeland Security allegedly buried that information from the public.
Even worse, the files reveal a coordinated campaign to leak “blatantly false intelligence to The Washington Post” after the election to create the illusion of a grand conspiracy.
This wasn’t incompetence. This was a deliberate, coordinated effort to frame Donald Trump and delegitimize his presidency. It was the genesis of the Russia Hoax, and it came from the top.
A Principled Stand with an Ironic Twist
On Sean Hannity’s show, Gregg Jarrett laid out the jaw-dropping reality of the situation. While the statute of limitations might not protect Obama from a conspiracy charge, something else might.
“Barack Obama should be thanking Donald Trump,” Jarrett stated. “Why? Because he obtained from the U.S. Supreme Court the very kind of immunity that will protect Barack Obama.”
It’s the ultimate irony. President Trump endured years of unprecedented lawfare. His home was raided, he was subjected to sham indictments, and the entire weight of the deep state was brought down on him. In response, he fought for a vital constitutional principle: that a president cannot be criminally prosecuted for his official acts. He fought that battle not just for himself, but to protect the Office of the President from being destroyed by partisan witch hunts.
He won that landmark case at the Supreme Court. And in doing so, he inadvertently built a legal fortress that might now shield the very man whose administration allegedly orchestrated the entire hoax against him.
Obama’s Pathetic Defense Crumbles
Team Obama is already in panic mode. His spokesman released a pathetic statement claiming the new documents don’t undercut the idea that Russia “worked to influence” the election, and pointed to a “bipartisan” Senate report as proof.
This is a classic strawman argument that completely misses the point.
The crime here isn’t that Russia tried to sow chaos—they always do. The crime is that the Obama administration allegedly manipulated intelligence, suppressed evidence, and lied to the American people to frame their political opponent. The crime is the cover-up and the conspiracy. That is what these new documents expose, and that is what Obama’s team refuses to address.
President Trump fought for a constitutional principle, and in doing so, showed more integrity than his enemies could ever comprehend. Even if Obama avoids a prison cell for his official acts because of the very immunity Trump secured, he will never escape the verdict of history.
The truth is out. The Russia Hoax was an inside job, and we all know who was in the Oval Office when it happened.
