For years, patriots have walked through the halls of our great Smithsonian museums with a growing sense of sadness and anger. The institutions that are supposed to be the guardians of our national story have been captured by radical, left-wing activists who use our treasures to endlessly bash America and teach our children to be ashamed of their own country.
That era of desecration is over.
President Donald J. Trump has just announced that the White House is launching a full-scale review of the Smithsonian’s exhibits to purge the woke, anti-American poison and restore patriotic glory to our museums in time for our nation’s 250th birthday.

An End to the America-Bashing
As White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller so powerfully stated, “leftwing activists have obscenely defaced this beloved institution.” Instead of being a place to “celebrate American history and greatness,” the Smithsonian has become a platform to “rewrite / erase our magnificent story.”
President Trump is putting a stop to it. He is not demanding that we hide from our past. In his own words, “Our museums have an obligation to represent what happened in our country over the years. Good and bad.”
But he is demanding that it be done in a “fair manner, not in a woke manner or in a racist manner.” This is the common-sense leadership we have been waiting for.

A Return to Patriotic Glory
The White House review will assess everything from exhibit text to educational materials to ensure “alignment with American ideals” and to “celebrate American exceptionalism.” The goal is to remove the “divisive or partisan narratives” that have poisoned these institutions and to once again inspire “love and devotion to this nation.”
This isn’t censorship – it is a restoration. It is a rescue mission to save our shared cultural heritage from the very people who despise it.
The Vance Victory: We’re Already Winning
This is not just talk – the Trump administration is already winning this fight.
Thanks to the strong leadership of Vice President JD Vance, who the President put in charge of this effort, a radical art exhibit was recently canceled before it could ever defile the halls of the National Portrait Gallery.
The show, which reportedly featured a “transgender Statue of Liberty,” was called out by Vance for its “woke and divisive content,” and the artist promptly pulled it.
This is the new standard. The woke activists know they are no longer in charge.

Taking Back Our Institutions
The radical left has spent decades marching through our institutions and capturing them from within – our schools, our universities, and our museums. President Trump is the first leader in our lifetimes with the courage to march back and take them back for the American people.
This is a battle for our history and for the hearts and minds of our children. And thanks to President Trump, it is a battle we are finally going to win.
